The City of Vista is asking senior residents to participate in a communications survey before it closes on September 18, with the goal of improving how the city shares information with its older population.
City officials are seeking feedback on the most effective ways to reach seniors with news regarding programs, events, and available services. The responses collected will inform the development of a communications strategy specifically tailored to better engage and inform Vista's senior community.
Residents can complete the Senior Center Communications Survey through two methods: online or in person. For those preferring a paper format, physical copies are located in the lobby of the Gloria McClellan Senior Center at 1200 Vale Terrace Drive, where a designated drop-off box has been set up for completed forms.
City representatives are encouraging seniors to participate and to spread the word to others in the community who may not receive electronic notifications from the city.
