Jacobs arrives at the position with extensive credentials in public administration. She has accumulated over 22 years of government service, with nearly two decades spent in human resources leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Her educational background includes graduate studies in management and leadership, an undergraduate degree focused on human resource management, and an associate degree in accounting.
The newly appointed deputy city manager expressed appreciation for the opportunity to expand her service to Vista. She indicated enthusiasm about leveraging her background and collaborating with city staff, leadership, community organizations, and residents to advance ongoing municipal initiatives.
