The City of Oceanside will host its third annual O'Arts Grants Celebration this fall, bringing together the community to recognize local artists and cultural organizations while unveiling the next round of grant recipients.
Scheduled for Saturday, October 17, 2026, the free public event will run from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the courtyard of the Civic Center Library at 330 N. Coast Highway. The celebration is a collaborative effort between the Oceanside Public Library and Cultural Arts Department, the City of Oceanside Arts Commission, and the Oceanside Cultural Arts District.
Attendees can expect live music and performances from artists who received funding through the 2025-26 Oceanside Arts and Culture Grants program. The highlight of the event will be the announcement of new grant recipients for the 2026-27 cycle, with a combined total of $130,000 in funding to be distributed by the Arts Commission and Cultural Arts District.
The competitive grant program enables artists and arts organizations throughout Oceanside to bring creative projects and programs to life. The celebration takes place within the Oceanside Cultural Arts District, which holds the distinction of being one of just 24 state-designated cultural districts in California.
