The Oceanside Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a man who has been missing for nearly two decades.
Julio Sagredo was last seen leaving his Oceanside residence on foot in June 2004. His family has had no contact with him since his disappearance.
According to authorities, Sagredo had previously left his home without telling family members and was later located in Mexico. Police also noted that he has been diagnosed with a mental health condition.
