With the Halloween season approaching, county residents have numerous opportunities to celebrate autumn through programming offered by the parks and library systems.
Officials have organized a variety of family-friendly activities designed to mark the fall season and upcoming holidays. The offerings span multiple types of events suited to different interests and age groups.
Available programming includes seasonal trail experiences with Halloween themes, traditional autumn festivals, and extended movie viewing events. Additionally, the county is hosting celebrations honoring Día de los Muertos, the traditional Mexican holiday that takes place in early November.
The events are distributed across multiple county locations, giving residents throughout the area access to seasonal activities. Both the parks department and library system are participating in the coordinated effort to provide fall entertainment options for local families.
