The City of El Cajon has announced it will conduct a public hearing regarding its Annual Action Plan for the upcoming 2027-2028 fiscal year. The hearing will also address the city's performance during the 2025-2026 fiscal period.
Community members will have the chance to provide input on the municipality's financial planning and priorities for the two-year budget cycle beginning in 2027. The session will include a review of what the city accomplished in prior years.
According to the official notice, materials related to the hearing are being made available in both English and Spanish to ensure broader community access and participation in the budgetary process.
