Families in Vista will have a chance to celebrate Halloween at the city's annual Fright Night event scheduled for October 30 in the Downtown Vista Village area.
The evening will feature complimentary trick-or-treating activities running from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., giving children and their families an opportunity to collect candy from participating locations throughout the downtown district.
For those seeking a more thrilling experience, the Avo Playhouse will operate a haunted house attraction until 9 p.m. Admission prices are set at $5 for children aged 10 and younger, while general admission tickets cost $8.
The city will also hold its yearly costume contest, allowing attendees to display their Halloween outfits and compete for recognition.
